Pick one of our signature designs and we'll make it fresh for you. Or start a custom order: send a photo of a pet, a character you love, or simply describe what you're imagining.
We confirm the details
For custom pieces, we'll reply with what's possible, a price, and a timeline before any work begins. Nothing starts until you're happy with the plan. For signature designs, you'll get an order confirmation by email.
We pick up the yarn
Your piece is crocheted by hand, stitch by stitch. Signature designs usually take 3–7 business days; custom pieces take 7–14 business days, depending on complexity. For custom orders, we're happy to share progress photos along the way.
Carefully packed and sent
We pack every order with care and email you a tracking number as soon as it ships. Delivery takes around 3–7 days within the US and 10–20 days internationally. See our Shipping page for details.

Because it was made by hand, it won't be identical to any other piece we've made. Small variations in size, colour, and detail are part of the charm. If anything isn't right, tell us and we'll make it right.
