Where we ship
We ship worldwide. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, email us at support@runooart.com and we'll sort it out.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.
Customs & import duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes charged by your country. These are set by your local customs office, are not included in our prices, and are the buyer's responsibility.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at support@runooart.com. We'll work with the carrier and, where appropriate, resend your order or issue a refund. We've done it before and we'll always take care of you.
Ordering for a birthday or holiday?
Please order early and tell us your deadline. We'll do our best to make it — but production plus international shipping can take a few weeks, so the earlier the better.
