Every piece is made to order, so your total wait is production time plus shipping time. Signature designs take about 3–7 business days to make; custom orders take 7–14 business days. Add delivery on top — around 3–7 days within the US and 10–20 days internationally.

Yes — every single piece is crocheted by hand, one at a time, after you place your order. We don't mass-produce and we don't keep ready-made stock.

Absolutely — custom work is our favourite. Send us a photo, a pet, a character, or just an idea, and we'll create a one-of-a-kind piece for you. We'll confirm the design, price, and timeline before any work begins.

Because everything is handmade, small variations in size, colour, and detail are natural — no two pieces are ever exactly alike. That's part of what makes yours one of a kind, not a defect. Listed measurements are approximate; if exact sizing matters, message us before ordering.

We use soft, high-quality cotton and acrylic-blend yarn, with safety eyes or embroidered features depending on the design. If you have allergies or a material preference, let us know before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate.

We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap, then letting it air dry. Avoid machine washing and tumble drying, which can stretch or damage the stitches. Keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight to preserve the colours.

Our pieces are intended for ages 3 and up. Some designs use safety eyes or small parts, so please check the individual product listing and supervise young children. If you'd like a baby-safe version with fully embroidered features, just ask — we're happy to make one.

Because items are made to order, we generally can't accept returns for change of mind — especially personalised pieces. But if your item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we'll repair, replace, or refund it.
