2. Our products

Every item we sell is handmade to order. Because each piece is crocheted by hand, small variations in size, colour, and detail are natural and expected — no two pieces are identical. Product photos show representative examples, not the exact item you will receive.

Measurements listed are approximate. If exact sizing matters to you, please contact us before ordering.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by email, and we may decline or cancel an order if:

• the item can no longer be made,
• there was a pricing or description error, or
• we suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

4. Custom and personalised orders

Custom pieces are made specifically for you based on the details you provide — photos, names, colours, sizes.

• We will confirm the design, price, and timeline with you before production begins.
• Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind.
• Please check spelling and details carefully — we make personalised items exactly as specified.
• You confirm you have the right to use any photo or image you send us, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in USD and may change at any time before you order. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your card details.

6. Production and delivery

Because items are made to order, your total wait is production time + shipping time. Estimated timelines are shown on our Shipping page and are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses supplied by you, or customs processing times.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

7. Returns

Please see our Returns policy. In short: made-to-order and personalised items generally cannot be returned for change of mind, but if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will repair, replace, or refund it.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including designs, patterns, photographs, text, and our logo — belongs to Runoo and may not be copied, resold, or used commercially without our written permission. Items purchased are for personal use; reselling our designs or using them for commercial production is not permitted.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content for commercial purposes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Children and safety

Our items are decorative and intended for ages 3 and up. Some pieces contain small parts or safety eyes. Please supervise young children and check individual product listings.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you order is the version that applies.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
